What we collect
When you apply for a programme: your name, email, phone, date of birth, city, organisation, motivation and your consent choices. For applicants under 18 we also collect the name, email, phone and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Why
To review your application, organise the programme and contact you about it. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who can see it
Only people authorised by AIISA to run the programmes and maintain this website. The data is stored with our website and database providers, Lovable and Supabase.
Photos
We publish photos of participants only with their consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long
We keep application data only as long as we need it for the programme and for reporting on it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to aiisa2014mahhi@gmail.com.
Cookies and external services
The site uses only technical cookies that it needs to work, and no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers.
